USA/APO/FPO Priority Mail orders are typically shipping they next business day. Friday and weekend orders are shipping by Tuesday. Express orders are shipping (leaving) the day after order entry or sooner. International orders not guaranteed due to customs: Canada typically at least 1 week. UK and Australia typically 2 weeks, may vary to 3 weeks.
HOLIDAY ORDERS: Most orders are shipping (leaving the warehouse) 1-2 business days after order entry, orders entered on Friday are shipping the following Monday or Tuesday if in stock. USA Priority Mail delivery typically 2-4 days later (after ship date), we ship from USA shipped from "Order Fulfillment". Express orders (Continental USA only) allow next business day for packing and then 1-2 business days later for delivery in the USA. A business day is Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. If you are unavailable when the courier makes a delivery attempt, your delivery or pick-up may be delayed. We are not responsible for delivery delays. We reserve the right to use an alternate carrier or delivery method for any order. Shipping and Customer Service is closed on weekends and holidays.
Delivery outside of the USA, including FPO/APO addresses may take 2-6 weeks. See terms below for details on shipping.
We may ship only to verified addresses listed on your credit card account (billing address or secondary address if they will verify it with us.) We take these precautions to prevent fraud. Exceptions for gifts made for previous customers only, restrictions apply. Delivery dates are not guaranteed by us, we control shipping dates and delivery times may be affected by carriers (US Postal Service, DHL or others). Inaccurate information such as a non-matching billing address or invalid contact information (including phone numbers, email addresses, address formats, etc) may delay shipping of your order or lead to order cancellation. Carrier drivers may require signature for delivery regardless of customer comments upon checkout.
Shipping Confirmation emails: Emails with tracking information are sent automatically for orders in the USA. Note: Some email accounts typically move them to the "bulk mail" folder so check to see if it is hiding there.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: Due to the nature of our products (and to comply with state health regulations) all orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Costumes and costume accessories are typically one time use items so we cannot make exceptions to our no return policy for them. If your items are by chance defective or were shipped in error, notify us immediately for an exchange authorization. We must receive the approved exchange within 15 days of purchase and within 10 days of delivery. Shipping charges are always non-refundable. Once orders are entered online (an order number is generated and your card is authorized) they may not be canceled). We do not guarantee delivery dates regardless of any comments entered with orders. Apparel, Costumes and accessories and/or styles are subject to change without notice due to manufacturers changes or production. Changes are not controlled by us. We do our best to update descriptions to reflect changes, however, we cannot be responsible for changes or alterations from the descriptions or images. Thank you in advance for your understanding and acceptance of any alterations or changes. If you desire exchange credit ("in store" credit only no cash refunds or refunds to credit cards) on non-underwear, non-swimwear, non-costume, non-costume accessory items you may email your exception request (see email address above). Exchanges must have a return authorization number before shipping to us. Exchanges should be insured, as we cannot exchange items that we do not receive for processing. Shipping/handling is always non-refundable and not reimbursed for any credit. No exceptions can be granted on underwear and swimwear. If an item is returned by the carrier as undeliverable or unaccepted for any reason, shipping/handling will not be refunded and the order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any items returned without return authorization will not be refunded, exchanged or returned. Any exception refunds will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of up to 25% and less shipping/handling.

Mail Orders may be sent to the above address, see below for shipping rates. Add items to the online shopping cart in your desired color/size/quantity combination to check availability before sending your order (no back-orders). Payment for mail orders by US Dollar money orders or cashiers checks drawn on American Banks only, contact us for an order form. Mail orders generally ship in 1-6 weeks (1-2 weeks if in stock, 2-6 weeks if out of stock when we receive your order). Please include your email address, we will email you if there are additional delays and email shipping information when your order is processed. Personal or company checks are not accepted.
CLAIMS: Any claims of loss of shipment or articles must be made in writing within 21 days of order date for all shipments in the USA. Claims after said date may not be honored. By use you agree to provide a signed original affidavit of any claim of non-receipt within the specified period. If you confirm delivery of your order at your address, you are liable for the full purchase price including shipping/handling. Packages are insured while in transit only, once delivered they are the buyers responsibility and no longer insured. Without a signed original affidavit in our possession within the 21 days, you agree that you have received your order in good condition and you did not require signature for delivery. We prosecute fraud and so does our insurer. By entering an order you agree to terms including: Shipments are FOB the shipping warehouse (seller fulfills his or her obligation to deliver when the goods have shipped (postage or shipping has been paid). This means that the buyer has to bear all costs and risks to loss of or damage to the goods from that point (see insurance terms above).
Back-Orders: Please verify your email address when ordering. Generally, if items are sold out the balance of your order will be shipped and the total purchase price adjusted before billing. If items are due in our warehouse from suppliers, we may email you to advise of order delays. We do not offer back-orders. All items and prices are subject to availability (stock on hand) and subject to error (we are not responsible for typographical errors including errors in printing, websites, emails etc. and reserve the right to adjust any pricing or cancel items or orders without notice).
We will ONLY SHIP TO VERIFIED BILLING ADDRESSES FOR THE CREDIT CARD, the address will be verified with your bank.
WE PROSECUTE CREDIT CARD FRAUD. We have prosecuted 7 cases around the world and will prosecute all future cases.
If you require signature for delivery you must request it on the special message screen upon checkout. If you live in a high-risk area we suggest you request signature confirmation. Tracking or delivery confirmation is not available in all areas. We will not be responsible for theft or loss. Requests in the special message area of checkout will also show on your automatic email confirmation. If you believe you requested signature confirmation but do not see it on your order confirmation you must contact us by email reply immediately. We reserve the right to require signature for delivery of any order and may cancel any order at our discretion. Orders may not be canceled, however if you would like to attempt to cancel an order before shipping you may email your request (see above for email address) including your name and order number. If we are able to pull your order before processing we will accommodate your request. If you order has been processed, shipping/handling fees are non-refundable. In the event an order is returned as unaccepted or undeliverable shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.

Orders are generally shipped by the USPS (United States Postal Service) and PO Boxes are acceptable as long as they are also the billing address for the credit card used. Shipping rates, subject to change this is an indication only, calculated based on order amount before any discount or promotion codes: USA Flat rate priority mail shipping currently: $5.95 as of 5/6/08 Rates subject to change without notice. Current rates will show upon checkout.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: Now available in the Continental USA ONLY, minimum rate shows upon checkout (click "apply" after selecting the shipping rate and country to calculate). ALLOW 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS including packing/shipping. For larger, bulky or heavy orders additional shipping may apply for express shipping. In the event additional shipping may apply, we will contact you for approval before shipping. If no one is available to accept delivery or additional charges, it may be delayed beyond our control.
In stock orders usually ship in 4-5 business days. A business day is general Monday-Friday, except holiday's. Delivery in the USA is generally in 5 days from the shipping date. From time to time they may take 2 weeks (the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates). By entering an order for the USA you agree to allow 30 days for delivery before we file an insurance claim to reship your order. Shipping outside the USA by the USPS may take 2-8 weeks and delivery dates are not estimated or guaranteed. In the USA, you will get a second email with your tracking information automatically sent to the email address listed on your order. The USPS offers no tracking on international shipping. There are occasional shipping delays of up to 2 weeks if items are due back in stock or to verify shipping information with card issuing institutions.
Outside United States Add $23.00 USD plus the above rate, Canada add $15. We may only SHIP TO VERIFIED BILLING ADDRESSES FOR THE CREDIT CARD, they will be verified with your bank.
Shipping Service - All shipments outside the USA are shipped via the US Postal Service Air Parcel Post.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For orders to addresses outside of the USA we recommend using American Express since automated address verification is available for many countries to expedite your order. Billing and shipping addresses must be identical. Card processing requires verification and approval of American Express. Included in the shipping cost is our expensive phone calls to verify addresses with credit card issuers. If your bank will not verbally verify your shipping address, or for any other reason, your order may be canceled.
CANADIAN ORDERS add $15 to the USA rate (as of 3/19/04, lower rate), current rate displayed when country is selected. VAT or import taxes not included.
Orders are shipped from our the USA. Most in stock USA orders entered by 2PM EST are shipped within 3-5 business days. A business day is Monday - Friday, except holidays and special closures. Most orders ship Priority Mail but we reserve the right to ship any order regular USPS surface or UPS ground at our discretion.
If your shipment is damaged, you may exchange it within 5 days of the shipping date. You must contact us by email immediately upon receipt to report any manufacturer defects or shipping damage.
Due to manufacturing changes or improvements or other factors packaging or products may vary from those pictured or described on our website. Colors of fabric WILL vary from those seen on your computer monitor and may vary in different dye lots. By ordering you accept these differences.
In the event of a dispute, including claim of non-receipt or charge-back, we may provide personal information and details of transactions to any individual or organization we deem appropriate to help resolve, prevent further abuse or bring prosecution for fraud or other charges.
We do not rent or sell your name, address, email address or other personal information although we reserve the right to do so to carefully screened companies in the future. We only use telephone numbers if we need to contact you regarding an order. By signing up for our mail address. To be removed from newsletter lists follow instructions included with the email. OVERSEAS ORDERS or Outside of the United States, CUSTOMS/VAT: Check with your country or customs agent to determine what, if any, taxes, duties or restrictions may apply. Shipping costs are not refunded if orders are returned by customs or failed delivery attempts. No refund is given on stolen or confiscated orders. Check with your customs agency to verify our products are allowed into your country from the USA. Retail packaging (boxes) may be removed to reduce the size/weight of your order.
Other terms: Although we strive for perfection, we may have typographical errors or pricing errors. We reserve the right to make corrections. By use of the site or ordering, you agree that the maximum liability shall be the purchase price of the item and we are not responsible for inconsequential loss for any reason. Descriptive error liability . Occasionally we may run promotions or discounts: Discount coupons or codes may not be combined, only one discount code or coupon per order. Minimum purchase amount is the product order total before shipping & handling, tax or other charges.
WE PROSECUTE CREDIT CARD FRAUD. DISPUTES are sent to collections and legal. Credit card charge-backs: In the event a credit card charge is disputed as fraudulent, unrecognized, unauthorized or any other reason, we will turn the matter to our collections department. In the event the chargeback is not resolved in a timely manner we may turn the matter over to law enforcement agencies or other collection agencies and may result in additional fees due including but not limited to attorney's fees and court costs. Minimum additional fee for chargebacks or collections is $25. Interest on disputed charges at 1.5% per month or maximum lawful rate whichever is higher.
Typographical Errors aka Typos
In the event that one of our products or services is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information due to error or information from suppliers, we shall have the right to cancel, refuse or correct any orders with incorrect pricing (we would contact you for approval for change or cancel the order(s)). We may cancel/refuse these orders regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or card charged. We would refund the order amount immediately if the card was charged.
